The Center for Advanced Healthcare and Brownwood Hotel & Spa

The Villages, FL

This state-of-the-art 230,000sf specialty medical center and boutique hotel were master planned together on 32 acres in Wildwood, Florida. The MPA team was part of the design process from project conception through construction and implementation. We’re excited to currently be working on the next phase of this project with the expansion to the west.
